Mostly described as clean in several reviews (’chambre propre’, daily cleaning), but at least one guest reported a dirty room — overall mixed cleanliness impressions.

Staff repeatedly called friendly and attentive, helpful reception and good treatment; one logistic issue (hairdryer availability) noted but overall service is a clear strength.

Consistently praised: very convenient, close to Saint-Lazare station, metros and RER; ideal base for sightseeing and nearby restaurants/cafés.

Multiple guests report very small rooms, tiny bathrooms and cramped showers; some mention small beds and limited space — room size/comfort is a common negative.
