Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed: several guests reported clean, comfortable rooms, but others noted issues (mold in window seal, taped room numbers and general wear).

Service

Mixed-to-poor: multiple reports of rude or lazy front desk staff, lack of housekeeping and unhelpful responses; a few mentions of helpful staff exist.

Location

Positive: frequently praised for a great, convenient location near restaurants and services.

Room Quality

Mixed: remodeled rooms were described as great and comfortable, but many guests experienced half-finished rooms and disruption from an ongoing massive remodel.

Amenities

Mixed: pool was praised, but major amenity failures were reported (non-working elevator, non-existent/closed restaurant, construction trailers occupying parking).

Value for Money

Negative: guests complained about paying for poor-quality breakfast, lack of compensation for inconveniences, and general poor value given service and condition.
