Cleanliness

Multiple reviews explicitly mention 'large clean room', 'very clean', and 'clean rooms' indicating consistently high cleanliness throughout the property.

Service

Staff frequently described as friendly and professional; guests mention warm welcomes (homemade cookies) and helpfulness, though a few complaints about fee handling reduce perfection.

Location

Location praised repeatedly for proximity to Sedona, great views en route and easy access to trails; some notes about fewer nearby restaurants but overall very strong.

Room Quality

Rooms/suites repeatedly described as large, comfortable, well-equipped (full kitchens, new furnishings), with great views and comfortable beds.

Amenities

Amenities such as a heated outdoor pool, free laundry, full kitchen in suites, and washer/dryer were highlighted positively; negatives include no elevator and mixed parking arrangements.

Value for Money

Many guests call it great value and note price/quality balance, but recurring complaints about resort fees, parking charges and large holds temper the score.

Nestled in the breathtaking Sedona mountains, Bell Rock Inn offers a serene escape for your perfect getaway.

Unwind in Style: Enjoy our outdoor pool and hot tub for relaxation, or maintain your fitness regimen in our fully-equipped fitness center.
