Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews describe serious cleanliness failures (stains on bedding and towels, hair and pubic hair on floors and bathroom, dusty surfaces and stained towels); one guest called it 'disgusting' and reported housekeeping did not resolve the issue.

Service

Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, with several guests praising the welcoming desk; however there are notable service problems (staff insisting on holding keys, knocking despite requests, occasional curt responses at check-in). Overall more positive than negative.

Location

Consistently praised for being very close to metro and bus stations, on a quiet side street with nearby shops, bakeries and cafes — repeatedly described as convenient and ideal for getting around the city.

Room Quality

Rooms noted as larger than typical for Paris and with comfortable, large beds and good showers; issues reported include a musty smell in some rooms, poor soundproofing, ground-floor rooms being dark and occasional noise from renovation work and corridors.

Amenities

Amenities are mixed: breakfast facilities exist and are praised by some but were inconsistently available; guests also reported lack of tea/coffee/bottled water and ongoing refurbishment affecting reception areas.

Value for Money

Several guests felt the price did not match the experience (one guest explicitly said the room was not worth the paid rate), citing cleanliness and inconsistent services as lowering perceived value.

Garden Views and Modern Amenities - Enjoy scenic garden views while taking advantage of complimentary Wi-Fi and helpful concierge services.

Buffet Breakfast and Star Rating - Start your day with a delicious buffet breakfast for a fee and rest assured in the quality service of a hotel officially rated by the French Tourism Development Agency, ATOUT France.
