Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed sentiment: several guests praised clean, large rooms, but multiple reviews explicitly reported dirty bathrooms, worn/unclean towels and unpleasant smells—cleanliness is a noted weakness.

Service

Strongly positive: numerous mentions of exceptionally helpful and accommodating staff (Diva, Nanda, Andy, Wanda, Suma, Mulya), attentive F&B service, drivers and front-desk praised.

Location

Very positive: repeatedly described as a great/central location in Seminyak, convenient for shops and exploring; frequently cited as a primary benefit.

Room Quality

Generally positive: rooms described as very large, spacious, comfortable beds and quality linens by many guests, though some noted dated décor and need for maintenance.

Amenities

Positive: rooftop bar and pool repeatedly praised, pool area lovely and eco-friendly features noted; some comments about cocktail van and happy hour clarity but overall amenities well-regarded.

Value for Money

Mixed-to-negative: several guests felt it does not deliver a true 5-star experience for the price and mentioned limited value compared to similarly priced hotels.

Welcome to Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak, where luxury meets convenience in the heart of vibrant Seminyak.
