Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Multiple guests explicitly called the hotel 'very clean' and reported no missing valuables; overall cleanliness is a strong positive.

Service

Staff is generally friendly and safe-feeling, but there are repeated service issues (crib not delivered, room service failed to arrive, concierge lacked event guidance and water/requests not always fulfilled).

Location

Good views from rooms and convenient transport buses, but the beach was described as disappointing by some guests.

Room Quality

Rooms described as 'precious', comfortable, with beautiful views and good safety for valuables—room quality is a clear strength.

Amenities

Park, water park and pools are highlights for families and children, though some amenities (wave pool) were reported out of service and several activities/events were canceled or require extra fees.

Value for Money

Many guests complained about expensive add-ons (character breakfasts, shop prices, extra charges for loungers) and felt the total cost did not always match perceived value.

Experience the ultimate beachside retreat at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya, where luxury meets fun for the entire family.

Indulgent Spa Escape

Relax and rejuvenate at our full-service spa, offering a variety of massages, body treatments, and facials designed to pamper you in paradise.
