citizenM Seattle Pioneer Square

Multiple reviews repeatedly describe the hotel and rooms as very clean and 'super clean', indicating a strong cleanliness performance.

Numerous comments call staff 'friendly', 'helpful' and 'amazingly friendly'; check-in described as easy and helpful, justifying a high service score.

Location is frequently praised as 'great', walking distance to attractions, waterfront and concert venues; a couple of reviews note caution about streets north of the hotel at night, but overall location is a major positive.

Many guests mention rooms are very small/compact and some note firm beds and insufficient pillows, so room comfort and size are clear weaknesses.

Breakfast offerings and public areas are praised, but some guests noted missing in-room items (cups/coffee) and one guest couldn't use included amenities due to short stay — generally good but with small gaps.

Mixed signals: outstanding breakfast and good location increase perceived value for many, while at least one guest called the hotel slightly overpriced given room size.
