Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Cleanliness

Multiple reviews report poor housekeeping: stained sheets, dirty/encardidas towels, mold smell, toenail clippings and a dirty sock left in the room — consistent negative cleanliness feedback.

Service

Generally praised staff: helpful, professional and friendly in many reviews; isolated reports of a grumpy night receptionist but overall service is a strong point.

Location

Repeatedly noted as excellent — central, close to subway, shops, restaurants and tourist points; strong consensus on location convenience.

Room Quality

Mixed: many guests find rooms comfortable with good beds and AC, but some rooms are small for triples and there are maintenance issues (loose/ leaking taps, door/trim problems) and signs of aging.
